新手在TCGA中怎么找各类样本
经常遇到很多人问怎么在TCGA中找到正常样本，在这里详细给大家支个招
经常有人问怎么下载正常样本，疾病样本之类的，这里就给大家一个参考
使用TCGA简易下载工具可以下载所有的样本类型，具体看样本编号，在界面中只列了几个常见的，不常见的可以下载全部然后自己筛选
样本编号模式如下：

然后一般我们只看前14个字符，最后两个字符比如01、11代表了癌与癌旁（上图中的Sample），详细信息如下：
