甲基化芯片数据怎么分析（ID没有gene symbol）
大家好，老师们好，初次接触，不甚理解，这是我想要的数据，这篇文献是关于甲基化的（Genome-wide DNA methylation in MDS/secondary AML and de novo AML），我的想法就是能不能筛选出差异甲基化基因，而不是甲基化的位点什么的，我只想要基因差异，不知道这个数据能不能这样，希望大家赐教，非常感谢！或者如果不能用这个软件，需要什么软件处理，谢谢！
